Families on the Yorkshire Coast are being asked to ensure they self isolate for the required ten days if a family member gets a positive COVID test.
Graham School and Scarborough Sixth Form are both due to reopen on Tuesday after a number of COVID cases forced them to move to online learning last week.
Director of Public Health Louise Wallace says self isolation is needed to prevent further outbreaks.
Louise says if a family member tests positive then the entore family group must self isolate for ten days.
She adds it's vital everyone follows the guidance:
