It's the second time that the Blues have held the promotion chasers to a draw this season after a 1-1 stalemate at the Towbar Express Stadium.
In the North West, on Saturday, it was the hosting Tigers who started stronger with Shane Bland making a string of saves.
But Whitby grew into the match and forced pressure themselves.
