Former Premier League manager - Harry Redknapp - is encouraging Scarborough Fans to get behind the club as it ploughs on through the season without it's home ground.
Speaking on the Seadogs Podcast, Harry says supporters of lower league clubs tend to be both loyal and committed and says he hopes the Boro faithful will continue making the 18 mile trip to Bridlington for home games.
No support, I mean, don't wait until you know, we end up in a situation where they're going out of business and then suddenly jump on it.
You know, keep supporting them now and if the team are going well, it's worth making that trip.
I know it's 20 miles and it getting to Bridlington's not probably easy.
It's, it's well worth it if you know, the club needs your support, the players need your support and if Jonathan's doing a good job there, get behind him .
The former Portsmouth, West Ham, Tottenham, QPR and Birmingham manager also praised Boro manager Jono Greening both for his playing ability and his potential to move Boro up through the leagues as a manager.
"He was a good player, Jonathan. Good footballer
I always thought he was a very, very good player. I really did. He was, I thought I tried to assign him at one time. He, I always, yeah, always struck me as being a, he always thought he was very good.
Who knows where he can take you, you know, take you back into the football league one day eventually, hopefully. "
Redknapp says he is still regularly attending games at Bournemouth where he started his managing carer in the UK but says he enjoys getting out to watch non-league football in his local area.
