Skips are going to be appearing across the The Barrowcliff Estate in Scarborough today.
A number of local organisations have come together to provide an opportunity for local people to clear out their gardens free of charge.
Local Councillor Bill Chatt explains what's happening.
The skips are being made available free of charge to local residents to help people clear out their garden rubbish ahead of the summer.
Bill Chatt says it's a real community effort to clean up the estate. He explains where the skips will be.
A number of the skips filled up quickly on Friday morning, organisers say they will be emptied and made ready to go again.
