The flood warning is in force from 7:45pm until 11:00pm this evening due to strong winds and large waves.
The warning reads:
High tides, strong winds and large waves are expected to cause flooding this evening.
Flooding is expected from 19:45 to 23:00 on 23/01/2026.
Locations most affected will be the north side of the dock area, properties on Harbour Road and the Floral Pavilion.
Avoid coastal roads, footpaths and carparks, which may be flooded .
