The Blues are looking to reach the penultimate qualifying round.
Both Whitby Town and Hyde knocked out NPL Premier rivals in the First Qualifying Round before drawing each other in the next stage.
Hyde beat the Blues 5-2, in the league, last month.
Whitby won 2-1 at Lancaster City while Hyde saw off Prescot Cables 1-0 in a replay after Cables' goalkeeper had netted an injury-time leveller in a 1-1 draw, first time around.
There's £3,375 on the line for the winners.
Fit again Jake Charles is hoping that's the Blues:
" Absolutely. Yeah. Felt good, felt strong. And yeah, gaining, getting that fitness back, obviously it's been a bit stop start. You tend to get a niggle or two after a long injury with my ankle like I had. But yeah, hopefully we'll build on things now and obviously high during our league and it's a cup game, but anyone can beat anyone in this league on our, on the day.
"We want to go there and obviously, get a bit of revenge and and hopefully get ourselves in the draw in the next round."
You can hear the full interview with Charles, plus Blues boss Gary Liddle and ex-midfielder Tony Hackworth, on this week's Codcast.
There's full commentary on This Is The Coast Extra from 3.00pm.
If there's a draw, a replay will be at Whitby's Towbar Express Stadium on Tuesday.
Providing neither side face a replay, Whitby are scheduled to take on Gainsborough, on Tuesday, in the NPL Premier.
