Both sides are just two wins away from the proper rounds when teams from EFL League One and League Two enter the competition.
Tomorrow's Emirates FA Cup Third Round Qualifying games see Whitby Town play host to another NPL Premier side, Morpeth Town, while Scarborough Athletic go to National North rivals Darlington.
With no wins on the road yet this season - boss Jono Greening - has one wish for the tie.
Whitby Town host Morpeth Town, who play in the same league as the Seasiders.
Last season, the sides each won 1-0, in the NPL Premier, at each other's grounds.
Manager Nathan Haslam is hoping for some FA Cup magic.
The winners of this round will take home £5,625, while the losing side will take away £1,875.
If the ties are drawn, replays will take place on Tuesday night.
