It's FA Cup day for all three of the Yorkshire Coast's football teams today...

Whitby Town are away at Warrington Rylands, Bridlington Town face a trip to Atherton Collieries and Scarborough Athletic have a home game against Witton Albion.

Boro boss Jono Greening is no stranger to the competition:

Boro made two signings yesterday ahead of the game. Winger Theo Hudson and Keeper Nathan Harker will be in today's squad.

Greening says the players get the importance of the cup game:

Kick off at the Flamingo Land Stadium is at 3pm, if you really can't make it, there will be commentary on This is the Coast Extra, from just before kick-off.
