St Hedda’s Church, Egton Bridge, Whitby is going to be “the place for be” for an evening of musical and joyous choral performances at their fundraising Evening of Song Concert on Saturday.
The concert, which is being held in aid of patient care at Saint Catherine’s, will feature the harmonious vocals of two very special guest choirs; female ensemble, Manhatten Voices and male voice choir, The Dalesman Singers.
Each of these well-established popular Choirs will entertain with their uplifting repertoire and promise to immerse you in an evening of musical excellence.
You are welcome to attend with the performance starting at 7pm, entrance is free and donations are kindly and gratefully invited for a collection in aid of Saint Catherine’s.

Saint Catherine’s Hospice provides care and support in people’s homes, the community and in the hospice for adults with a life-limiting illness, and to their families, carers and friends. Their doctors, nurses, therapists, counsellors and social workers are there to ensure that life is maximised. They are trained specialists in palliative care who take a unique ‘whole person’ view of every individual, their life and their loved ones and work with them to enhance their health and wellbeing.
The hospice say they rely on and are very thankful for the tireless work of supporters and donors to raise the £6.1 million needed to deliver their specialist care.
