Sci-Fi Scarborough say that the 6th Doctor, Colin Baker, will be in attendance at their 2023 festival.
Colin played the Sixth Doctor in the BBC tv series from 1984 to 1986, beginning with an appearance at the conclusion of The Caves of Androzani, continuing from The Twin Dilemma to The Ultimate Foe.
He reprised the role for the 1989 stage show The Ultimate Adventure and the 1993 Children in Need special Dimensions in Time, as well as in numerous Doctor Who audio stories from Big Finish Productions.
Colin also joined a vortex of previous Doctors in Jodie Whittaker's final adventure as Doctor Who last night. The Power Of The Doctor saw no less than eight Doctor's on screen - Jodie, Colin, Peter Davison, Sylvester McCoy, Paul McGann, David Bradley, David Tennant and briefly the first appearance of Ncuti Gatwa in the trailer.
As well an appearance from the 6th Doctor the 2023 edition of Sci-Fi Scarborough will also feature an appearance from the Doctors arch enemy Davros, as Terry Molloy aka Davros, honorary president of Sons of Skaro, will be joining the huge roster of guests for SFS 2023.

Along with a wide spectrum of television appearances, he is perhaps best well known on the small screen to Doctor Who fans as ‘DAVROS’, creator of the Daleks, playing the Doctor’s nemesis in the classic series from 1983 to 1989, and continuing to voice the character to the present day, in many of the award winning Big Finish Audio adventures, including the much acclaimed four part mini-series “I, Davros”.
Organiser of Sci-Fi Scarborough, Steve Dickinson, said:
“We have our Doctor for SFS 2023, Colin was at the very first event way back in 2014 for just the Sunday so to have him back for the whole weekend is excellent news. Add to that the dastardly Davros perfectly portrayed by Terry Molloy and we‘ve got one hell of a line up for this years SFS with a whopping 11 guests in total! .”
This years Sci-Fi Scarborough is taking place at Scarborough Spa on Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd April 2023.
