Park were bowled out for 190 in the penultimate over, Ben Traves took 4/50.
But Brid then slumped to 127 all out in less than 27 overs.
Sam Wragg top scored with 33 as the visitors fell 63 runs short.
Scarborough finish 7th in Championship East after a 95-run thumping at Welton.
Boro won the toss and put the hosts in only to concede 311/3 from 50 overs.

Driffield 2nds bucked the trend as they beat South Holderness by eight wickets.
South were bowled out for just 121, in the 44th over.
Jack Oakley took 3/32.
Town then strolled to victory led by Kevin Woodcock's unbeaten 53.
Whitby finish fifth in North Yorkshire South Durham Division Two after an eight-wicket loss of their own.
Hosts Rockliffe Park put them in and rolled Whitby over for 147 inside the 50th over- Rhys Buck made 44.
The Middlesbrough side then eased home in the 31st over despite wickets from Tom Steyert and Mike Thompson.
