Scarborough's refurbished South Bay chalets will be let on a weekly basis when they are reinstated.
Ten chalets which were demolished after a landslip in 2018 are to be rebuilt.
They were previously let out on a yearly basis, but borough council project manager - Chris Bourne - told the council's cabinet that model no longer works:
A proposal to sell off some of the borough councils chalet's in Scarborough's South Bay has been put on the back burner.
The suggestion was one way of funding the restoration of ten chalets which were demolished following a landslip in 2018.
Instead, once rebuilt, the chalets will initially be let on a weekly basis.
