Whitby Town were due to be back in league action this afternoon, however a pitch inspection earlier yielded bad news.
The Seasiders were hoping to close the gap on the play-off places, but their scheduled clash at the Towbar Express Stadium has been called off due to a waterlogged pitch.
The club say supporters can still pick up tickets for next weekend's FA Cup First Round trip to Bristol Rovers from the Seasiders Suite, the new building on the near side of the ground, just past the main stand, from 12 noon on Saturday.
WTFC are also taking bookings for coach travel, with 25 Under 16s receiving a free trip on a first come first serve basis.
