The fishing and restaurant industries in Bridlington are being asked to fully embrace a new marketing push to establish the area as the lobster capital of the UK.
The East Riding of Yorkshire Council has been leading a project to create a new "Bridlington Bay Lobster" brand to make more of the fact that the town lands more lobster than anywhere else in Europe.
