Whitby Town go to West Auckland on Tuesday with boss Lee Bullock wanting a tough challenge for his side.
Bullock and assistant Denny Ingram enjoyed the hard-fought battle at Bridlington Town on Friday.
He told Whitby Town TV on Friday at Brid, that he's expecting more of the same at NPL East West Auckland on Tuesday night:
" Yeah, it will be. That's why we've put them in. We come here and Brid want to beat us, we want to beat Brid. We'll go to West, they'll want to put their marker down. They've just been promoted, haven't they? They'll want to take a scalp. It'll be probably a similar pitch to this one, and then we look forward as well to the following Saturday when we get on our pitch, which I've had a little look tonight, and it really looks unbelievable. But that's what pre-season is, just dealing with all the different things that come at you and ultimately fitness and getting good habits."
Kick-off on Tuesday is 7.45pm.
There's live commentary on This Is The Coast Extra from just before.
You can hear more from Lee Bullock, as well as Stu Rose and Adam Gell, on this week's Codcast.
