Bridlington Town Target Fourth Consecutive Victory In Silsden Clash

Bridlington Town are aiming for a fourth consecutive win as they travel to West Yorkshire to face Silsden this Saturday following a dominant midweek victory.

A fourth consecutive victory awaits Bridlington Town if they can overcome West Yorkshire side Silsden this Saturday.

The Northern Premier League East fixture will see the Bridlington squad travel to Bradford for a 3pm kick-off.

The team heads into the weekend looking to make it four wins out of four, hoping to carry on the momentum from Tuesday's successful outing.

That midweek fixture saw Bridlington secure a dominant three-nil victory over West Auckland, adding a crucial clean sheet to their recent winning streak.

Bridlington Town manager Scott Kerr wants his squad to pick up exactly where they left off, though he acknowledges the physical toll the recent matches have taken on the players ahead of the weekend.

Discussing the team's recent form and the upcoming challenge, Kerr said:

"Yeah, top drawer, top drawer performance from every player from the lads who come on, Destiny, he was top drawer. That's three wins on the bounce now. We've scored three in each game, you know, and the clean sheet, that's the main thing, proud of them. So we'll dust off some got a few knocks, Batts and Lee. Kai Walker's come off injured the from Hull and he were top as well. I feel sorry for him to be fair. So we'll have to reassess and prepare for Silsden. You know, it'll be a tough game but we're full of confidence at the minute."
