Brid Town Beaten By Play Off Rivals

The Seasiders were well beaten in Emley on Saturday.

A victory would've taken Mike Thompson's men above their hosts and into the NPL East's top five.

However, Brid stay sixth after a 3-0 loss in West Yorkshire.

The home side took the lead on the half hour.

They added two goals in four minutes around the hour mark at the Welfare Ground.

Seasiders coach Andy Norfolk spoke to Brid Town TV after the game:

Brid are back in action on Saturday, against Grimsby Borough, at the Mounting Systems Stadium, in NPL East.

Kick-off is 3pm.
