Brid Beat Away Jinx After Six Of The Best

Three goals in six second half minutes saw Bridlington Town complete an astonishing comeback in Lincolnshire on Saturday.

Adie Costello's men were 2-0 down at Grantham Town with just 13 minutes remaining.

However, Lewis Dennison converted a penalty and within three minutes, Jack Bulless made it 2-2.

The popular Andy Norfolk then delighted the away supporters with the winner, seven minutes from time, completing a crazy six-minute spell.

It was a first away victory over the season for Brid.

They're back at the Hudgell Solicitor Stadium on Tuesday night for more NPL East action, West Yorkshire side Brighouse provide the opposition with a 7.45pm start.
