Will Jarvis doubled their advantage before the half hour and while the West Yorkshire hosts pulled one back, Boro quickly regained their two-goal advantage, eight minutes into the second half, through recent addition, Dom Tear.
Luca Colville made it 4-1 just after the hour and Celtic added a mere consolation before the end.
