Scarborough Athletic Chairman Trevor Bull has set his sights on another push towards the play-off places ahead of the new season.
In their debut season in the Vanarama National League North, Boro battled to stay in the play-offs having been relegation favourites at the start of the campaign.
Bull says that, before dreaming of a return to the play-offs, his side must reach 50 points to ensure that they stay in the league.
Boro finished in eighth place following a dramatic 3-3 draw with Banbury on the final day of the season and picked up the North Riding Senior Cup after beating South Park Rangers 4-1 at the LNER Community Stadium.
Since then, Boro have added a few new faces to the squad with manager Jonathan Greening welcoming Alex Purver, Frank Mulhern, Harry Green and Alex Brown to his squad.
Bull says that he has high hopes for the team and has an aim of reaching the play-offs again.
Fixtures for the 2023/24 season will be announced on Wednesday 5th July at 1pm.
