The Seasiders were due to host FC United of Manchester.
However, this week's rain has made the Towbar Express Stadium unplayable.
Puddles are visible all over the surface which failed an 8.30am pitch inspection.
It's been a nightmare weekend for Town who it's been announced suffered a three-point deduction for fielding an ineligible player in the win at Ilkeston in August.
Town host Guiseley on Tuesday, in a match which has already been called off and rearranged once.
