A man and a woman have been arrested following reports that agricultural vehicles had been stolen in Flinton on Thursday.
Humberside Police say they were called at around 4.30am to reports that a quad bike and an all-terrain vehicle had been stolen from a property on Sproatley Road.
Officers were quickly deployed and spotted a vehicle believed to have been involved.
Following a short pursuit, a 34-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman were both arrested on suspicion of failing to stop, theft, driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drugs and dangerous driving.
The man was also arrested on suspicion of driving whilst disqualified. He was further arrested on suspicion of theft in connection with a separate incident.
Both remain in police custody whilst enquiries continue.
