North Yorkshire Police is appealing for any witnesses or dashcam footage following the collision on Burniston Road.
The collision occurred at 3.10pm on Saturday 19 December 2020 outside the Open Air Theatre on Burniston Road in Scarborough.
A female pedestrian suffered injuries after being struck by a silver Kia Ceed.
The Yorkshire Air Ambulance attended the scene and the female was transported by air to hospital.
Officers are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or who may have information which could help establish the full circumstances of the incident to get in touch.They are particularly requesting anyone with dashcam footage to contact them.
