All three of the Yorkshire Coast's local football sides are in action on another busy Saturday.
It's back to the reality of league action today for Whitby Town, after securing their place in the final of the North Riding Senior Cup on Tuesday night.
The semi final against Guisborough went to penalties and penalty hero Shane Bland spoke to Whitby Town FC TV, and was quick to recognise that more points are needed in the league at home to Bradford Park Avenue today.
Nathan Haslam - First team Manager, is delighted not to have any injury concerns.
Meanwhile, in contrast, Scarborough Athletic will be looking to get their season back on track today as they play at Chorley.
The Seadogs last victory in the league came back in January, and more frustratingly their last goal in any competition was in February against Guisborough Town, who Whitby beat in the Cup on Tuesday.
Boss Jono Greening spoke with Scarborough Athletic TV, and is adamant that things will start to click and promotion is still in sight....
He went onto mention that there is a case for taking a reality check too - and remember the progress that has been made over the past 2 seasons.
And that game can be heard from around 3pm on thisisthecoast extra.
Finally, once again Bridlington Town are on the road as they travel to Hebburn Town for a 3pm kick off. They will be hoping to recover from their 3-0 loss last weekend in Non League Division One.
