There's plenty going on at The Boathouse on South Promenade.
The live entertainment includes music and a dog show.
It runs from 11am until 4pm.
Adam Collins is a Director and volunteer for Hornsea Inshore Rescue.
He says lifeboat equipment will be there for visitors to look around:
"Yeah, so the lifeboat will be on display outside with crew member around to show you around the boat.
"The jet bikes are on display and the our drain room will be open for everyone to look around and look at all the equipment we will wear."
The Schedule For Hornsea Lifeboat Day
11.30am - 12.15pm The Hornsea Shanty Lasses
12.15 - 1.00pm Hornsea Ceilidh band
1.00 - 1.30pm Humberside Police Band & Corps of Drums
1.30 - 2.00pm Hornsea Choir
2.00 - 3.00pm Humberside Police Concert Band
2.00pm Dog Show
Adam says the team's volunteers need every penny donated by the public:
"Yeah, so it's getting very difficult for us down here with the cost of living. It's affecting everyone. As a charity, it's getting more and more difficult every day. Let's say it takes about £60,000 a year to keep the building running. We have fuel costs as that's going up and up every day.
"The training costs for a group member, that's in thousands."
