The local people of Bridlington will soon be able to benefit from the addition of a new Police Community Support Officer.
That's according to Sargent Chris Almond, who says that the new officer will be able to start straight away having previously worked as a PCSO in West Yorkshire.
They will be brought into the community to help reduce crime, support local people and keep people safe.
Sargent Chris Almond has said that the new officer will undergo a training package in the next few months.
