Students across the East Riding are today receiving their A-Level, T-Level and BTEC results.
Students at both Bridlington Sixth Form and Hornsea School and Language College have been opening their results envelopes today.
Students from Bridlington Sixth Form are onto their chosen paths; from university, higher apprenticeship, degree apprenticeship to employment. University still remains the most popular option, with 80% of Bridlington Sixth Form students choosing this route.

Steve Ostler, Headteacher at Hornsea School and Language College said:
"We are extremely proud of our Sixth Form students for their fantastic achievements, with 100% of students getting into their first choice of University. I would also like to thank our dedicated staff who have provided exceptional support and guidance throughout the year, helping our students to secure a 100% pass rate."

Ruby from Hornsea Sixth Form achieved four A* grades and said:
"I can't believe it! I am so happy, and have no words; which is ironic for an English literature student!"

“I hope each of our young people achieve the grades they hope for, and I wish them every success in their chosen next steps, whether it’s further education, training or starting a career.
“Thank you to our fabulous education staff for helping our young people achieve their full potential.”
