Over 300 guests have now arrived and are being supported by their sponsors and the County Council.
Over 1000 Ukrainians have now applied for Visa's to temporarily relocate to North Yorkshire.
Councillor David Chance is the county council's Executive Member for Stronger Communities.
He says the authority is working with the government relocation scheme to help those who come to the county to settle in and find things like schools.
672 visa applications have now been approved for Ukrainian's who are temporarily relocating to North Yorkshire.
300 people have so far relocated to the county. Many of those are families with Children.
Stuart Carlton is the County Council's Director of Children and Young People Service's, he says the council is providing support to get the children settled.
The county Council says that it's Living Well and Early Help teams are providing welfare visits when guests from Ukraine arrive, where "support and guidance will be provided to ensure all immediate and ongoing needs can be addressed."
