A husband has been charged with murdering his wife, who was found dead at a property in Norfolk.
The body of Dr Hannah Cain, known professionally as Dr Hannah Terry, was found at an address in Fern Hill, Dersingham, in the early hours of Sunday.
Mark Cain, 45, of the same address, was charged with the GP's murder on Tuesday afternoon, said Norfolk Police.
He will appear at Norwich Magistrates' Court on Wednesday morning.
Police said a post-mortem examination had taken place but the cause of death needed further investigation.
Dersingham is a village on the edge of the royals' Sandringham estate and is about seven miles northeast of King's Lynn.
