Scarborough enjoyed a convincing 37-10 win over Malton & Norton, at Silver Royd, in North East 2.
Driffield continued their bright start in North East 1. They had a 34-20 victory at Middlesbrough on Saturday.
Bridlington also won again, in Yorkshire Two, seeing off Halifax 29-20 on their travels.
Hornsea were victorious in a thriller in Yorkshire Three, they beat Rotherham Phoenix 36-35.
Whitby began their Durham & Northumberland Division Three season with a comfortable win, sweeping aside South Shields 45-0.
