Scarborough host Malton & Norton in their first home game of the new rugby season.
It's a chance for Matty Jones' men to bounce back after last week's 40-22 defeat on the opening day at Dronfield, near Sheffield.
The match starts at 3pm.
Elsewhere in North East 2, Bridlington go to Derbyshire outfit Glossop, also hoping to bounce back, following their 34-10 loss to Selby, last week.
Whitby, who lost 36-0 at Barnard Castle last week, welcome Darlington to White Leys Road in Durham & Northumberland Division Two.
