Boro beat Hull Zingari 2nds by 61 runs, in Championship East.
After choosing to bat first, Scarborough posted 234 with Dan O'Connor making 51.
O'Connor then took 4/19 with the ball, assisted by Callum Armstrong who took 4/36 as Hull were skittled for 173.
Elsewhere in the division, Seamer & Irton won a thrilling derby at Scalby.
Seamer chose to bat first with Pierz Bradi Cyster firing 63 in their total of 244.
Gregor Fraser took 4/26 for Scalby.
Their response saw Chris Malthouse make 47, but Matthew Morris took 5/59 as Scalby were left on 239/8 after 50 overs.
Wykeham lost by four wickets at Hornsea.
After choosing to bat first, Wykeham made 171, with Ali Sabir making 84- Adam Newington and Richard Medforth took three wickets each.
Hornsea then got home with more than 12 overs left.
Bobby Brolley took 4/53, including a caught and bowled of opener Newington, who made 52.
Folkton & Flixton had a great high-scoring win at South Holderness.
Harry Walmsley took two wickets but Holderness posted an imposing 304/4 from their 50 overs.
Walmsley impressed with the bat too, hammering a match-winning 124 as the visitors won by three wickets off the last ball.
That result helped Driffield 2nds extend their lead at the top.
Driff beat Brandesburton by six wickets.
Russell Robinson starred with 5/45 and Owen Goldsworthy took 3/33 as the away side were skittled for just 128.
Goldsworthy then struck 64 not out with the bat alongside Robinson, unbeaten on 34, to take Driff home inside 19 overs.
Bridlington suffered a heavy defeat in Premier 2.
Brid put Woodhouse Grange 2nds in, who made 270/9 from 50 overs.
Casey Rudd took 4/56.
Brid were then blasted out for just 125, at Dukes Park, to lose by 145 runs.
Whitby were beaten in a tight low-scorer at the Turnbull Ground, in North Yorkshire South Durham Division Two.
Visitors Saltburn made 137, with Whitby skipper Tom Steyert taking 6/32 and Mike Thompson 3/18.
However, the hosts slumped to 132 all out, inside 34 overs, to lose by five runs.
It was a close one for Driffield Town, at Clifton Alliance, in Yorkshire Premier North.
Town lost by two wickets, in York, after choosing to bat first.
Alec Drury made 108 as the visitors posted 249/7 from 50 overs.
Clifton then got home with two balls to spare despite two wickets each for Drury and Elliot Hatton.
Pickering's revival continues in Championship Central.
They skittled Acomb 2nds for 159 thanks to three wickets each for Joe Harland and Dan Hardey.
Hardey then hit 38 as Pickering got home by six wickets, with 17 overs to spare.
Malton & Old Malton's poor form also continued in the same division.
They lost by 94 runs at home to Osbaldwick.
Sharad Jessani and Luke Smith got two wickets each but the hosts posted 256/8 from their 50 overs.
Malton then slumped to 156 all out, despite skipper Matt Turnbull's half century.
