Speaking about the new arrangement Whitby Town Media Officer - Paul Connolly had this to say:
This is the Coast Managing Director, Matthew Pells, said:
"This is great news for local football fans who will now be able to enjoy live commentary on both Scarborough Athletic and Whitby Town games on This is the Coast's platforms.

The clubs media team have a strong track record providing their own radio commentaries over the last ten years and our aim is to help them continue delivering high quality coverage of games for Whitby Town fans"
