The Seasiders are offering free admission to all under-18s for the next five games as the club calls on the fans to help them escape the relegation zone.
Town are third from bottom, after a poor start to the season.
This week the club's stadium sponsor - Towbar Express - has said it will provide free entry to the next five home games for unaccompanied 14- to 17-year-olds in an effort to boost attendances.
Manager Nathan Haslam says a strong crowd does have an effect on the players.
The offer will start on Saturday when the Seasiders host Atherton Collieries tomorrow [3pm kick-off], and will run for the next five matches over the Christmas period.
The run of games include a number of crucial fixtures for the Seasiders, including the New Year clash with Marske United on January 2nd.
Supporters aged under 16 will continue to be free along with an accompanying adult, as per the club's usual admission policy.
Should the offer prove to be popular, Towbar Express will consider extending the offer further into the Season.
Whitby Manager - Nathan Haslam - says it's a great initiative from the club's stadium sponsor.
A spokesperson for Towbar Express said:
"We're delighted to be able to offer young supporters the chance to be able to attend matches for free at the Towbar Express Stadium.
"There is a lot of good work going on at Whitby Town, and we are looking to build on the momentum being built by the club.
"We want to see a bouncing atmosphere inside the ground, and for the supporters to be the twelfth man for the lads out on the pitch."
