A Conservative councillor has taken aim at an independent rival over second homes in North Yorkshire.
Councillor Andrew Williams clashed with Filey's Sam Cross, who discussed a constituent struggling to maintain a second home.
He applauded the Tory-run authority for choosing to spend the second homes premium on social housing:
