Police report the teenager has been found safe and well
Officers in Scarborough issued an urgent appeal to find the teenager on Wednesday. He hadn't been seen since Monday.
In the early hours of Thursday morning North Yorkshire Police said:
"A 17-year-old boy missing from Scarborough has been located safe and well.
Many thanks to all those who shared the appeal."
