Scarborough and Bridlington Celebrating 200 Years of the RNLI
Events organised to celebrate 200 years of the RNLI - commence this weekend in Scarborough
Animated Objects Theatre Company have planned a series of free drop in sessions, to get involved in the making of a short animated film - here is Artistic Director Lee Threadgold:
The sessions are open to anyone aged 7 and above, and are suitable for both beginners and those with some experience of animation.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

There will also be the opportunity for those who would like to share their experiences of the RNLI to contribute towards the audio for the film.
It will be a relaxed session with professional artists on hand to assist with and guide people through the animation process; it’s suitable for anyone aged 7 and above - and it’s not just for children!
All participants of any age and background to get involved. You can pop in for just a few minutes or stay for a while longer - the choice is yours!
