Scarborough ran out 3-2 winners in an entertaining game at the Mounting Systems Stadium in Bridlington.
The stadium will be home to Scarborough Athletic for the upcoming National League North Season.
Four of the five goals came in the first 25 minutes.
Harry Green linked up with Rio Allan to give Boro an early lead.
Brid equalised through a corner headed in by Markham.
Scarborough regained the lead shortly afterwards with a near identical goal to Boro's first; Green setting up Allan.
It wasn't long before the hosts equalised once more, Scarborough legend Michael Coulson scoring past Ryan Whitley.
Brid had the better chances, with Jake Day having a number of opportunities.
Scarborough controlled the game more in the 2nd half and Stephen Walker scored the final goal of the game, to give Scarborough the win and the Dave Holland Memorial Trophy.

The match was attended by 580 fans and gave Boro supporters the chance to get used to their new temporary surroundings.
