A senior North Yorkshire Police officer has given his view on the force's Operation Snap.
He first explained what the initiative is all about.
Here's Chief Constable Tim Forber:
Chief Constable Forber says officers then check footage and either take no action, send a warning letter, or take the matter further.
He is in doubt as to what the public want more of however:
