It's at Compass Fitness, who are working with Bud's Gym to raise money and awareness for Scarborough Survivors.
Together We Lift is a mental health fundraiser designed to bring the strength community together.
The event is free to spectators, and £30 to lift.
To date, Buds Gym have raised over £10,000 for localised mental health charities from six events.
The idea behind the events is to bring the strength community together, and to act as a kick-start for a true partnership between the local mental health charity and the independent gym.
The gym said in a statement:
'It is our goal to create sustainable partnerships between local mental health charities and independent gyms so that they can support one another.
Often those struggling with their mental health may need to get active, the charity knowing a gym that is open and supportive of mental health can be a great asset to those on the front line of these mental health service providers. Working in the industry I know full well, most personal trainer, just like barbers, hair dressers and bar staff end up feeling a bit like a therapist at times, but they are not Mental Health First Aid trained, and may not know they actually have local services available that can support their clients, customers or friends.
By the gym having a true partnership with their localised mental health charity, the local mental health charity will be able to either provide or advise on mental health first aid training for the personal training team and gym staff to allow them to sign post for those in need.'
