Richard Dempsey from Bradford is in the middle of a 3 day and 150 mile cycling trip across the Yorkshire Coast, raising much needed funds for the British Heart Foundation.
Richard was born with 3 congenital heart defects, and believes that having a heart disease shouldn't stop you from doing anything.
The cycling trip started on Friday at Stockton-on-Tees and will include passing through Redcar, Saltburn, Whitby, Scarborough and Hunmanby.
He is hoping to meet some important people along the way.
Richard is looking to raise much needed funds for the British Heart Foundation and explains why.
