Leeds United Legends at Whitby Town on Sunday

The likes of Michael Bridges and Carlton Palmer will be at the Towbar Express Stadium on Sunday.

It's all part of a Leeds United Legends v Whitby Town Legends clash at 2pm.

Goalkeeper Paddy Kenny has starred for both clubs previously but will be in the Leeds net on Sunday.

Defender Matt Kilgallon is also part of the Leeds side:

" It's mad and you all just get together and you're in that changing room again. And if someone's got a bad shirt on or someone's got some bad trainers on just straight on you, it's just going back into the changing room. It's really good fun and there're all always good days, hopefully you get a nice crowd there.

"I'm sure we will. And they're just fun days, you play as well as you can. Still thinking you can still play like you could 20 years ago, but really you've got to realise that you can basically pass the ball now, five, 10 yards, maximum. Them diags that you try ain't getting there anymore.

"But no, looking forward to it. Started to try and do a little bit of running now on the treadmill just to get the old legs and hamstrings moving again."

Also in the Leeds ranks are stars like Carlton Palmer, Stuart Dallas and Noel Whelan.

Arguably, the club's most successful-ever manager, FA-Vase winner and back to back promotion-winner Harry Dunn, will take charge of the Blues side.

Tickets are £10 for Adults and £5 for Children, available on the Whitby Town website or on the gate.

As well as looking forward to the match itself, Kilgallon, a former Middlesbrough and Burnley defender, also loves visiting Whitby, the town:

"Yeah, Whitby lovely place. I go there with the kids still and, just a nice area and, love the football, the people from around there. And I'm sure the Whitby vets will be bang up for this game, I'm sure. I hope there's not too many young lads playing in there because we can't catch them anymore.

"But no, they're fun days and make a bit of money for the club. That's what we're there for, getting Whitby Town out there as well, playing against clubs, get some good coverage over it and a hundred percent, it'll be a great day."
