Plans for a former East Riding Council office building in Hornsea to become a bar and restaurant are under consideration.
75 Newbegin in the East Yorkshire town, was formerly owned by the council and used as a customer service centre.
Planning documents explain that the building is vacant following the council relocating to the new Hornsea Hub.
After the council sold the property, the new owner is seeking to convert the property into a restaurant and bar with outdoor seating areas.
The plans also include an extension to the rear of the property to provide additional dining areas.
