Organisers are hoping for the best after last year's cancellation.
Organisers of Scarborough's Goldwings light parade hope they will be able to stage the event later this year.
The event sees dozens of the illuminated motor bikes parade along the seafront in the town each autumn.
Phil Houghton is taking on organising the event and hopes that after last year's cancellation they can get back to some much needed fund raising.
The annual parade of illuminated motor bikes had to be postponed last year due to the pandemic.
Phil says there will be an all or nothing decision to make later in the year.
