They won 12-10 in their derby clash to leapfrog Pocklington.
Brid remain top of the tree in Yorkshire 2, their defence were in tight mood as Bramley were seen off 22-3 at Dukes Park.
There was success for Driffield too, in North East 1, after they dominated Middlesbrough 35-10.
Hornsea were beaten 12-5 at home to Hemsworth in Yorkshire 3.
