Driff are having a good season and sit third in Yorkshire Premier North, with Boro coming back strongly after a difficult start to their campaign.
In YPN Championship East, Folkton & Flixton (2nd) and Bridlington (4th) are bidding to gain promotion and join them.
Folkton host leaders Beverley Town, while Bridlington go to second-bottom Goole.
Pickering are hoping to extend their 100% record as the Division One East leaders entertain South Holderness.
All these matches start at 12 noon, while things get underway at 1pm for Whitby.
