Bubbles won't be a part of school life when the autumn term starts in September, but some other COVID safety measures will remain.
Bubbles will no longer be required from next Monday, although many schools are expected to continue with them until the end of the Summer term.
Education bosses in North Yorkshire have been revealing some of the procedures that will be in place for the return to school in September,
Deputy head of education Amanda Newbold says among them is a requirement for schools to maintain capacity for remote learning for any pupils who have to isolate.
Secondary School pupils in North Yorkshire will be asked to take COVID tests when they return to school in September after the summer break.
