The fishing and restaurant industries in Bridlington are being asked to fully embrace a new marketing push to establish the area as the lobster capital of the UK.
The East Riding of Yorkshire Council has been leading a project to create a new "Bridlington Bay Lobster" brand to make more of the fact that the town lands more lobster than anywhere else in Europe.

Director of Economic Development, Claire Watts says it's now up to local firms to get involved.
