Bridlington Town fought out a draw to creep outside the NPL East's relegation zone.
Brid were tackling relegation rivals Brighouse Town at the Mounting Systems Stadium.
Mike Thompson's men raced into the lead, on 25 minutes, when former Scarborough striker Michael Coulson found the net.
However, they conceded just five minutes later and that's how it finished.
The result sees Brid sneak up to fifth bottom, above Sherwood Colliery.
Brighouse are a further point back with a game in hand.
Thompson spoke to Brid Town TV after the match:
Brid are back at home, on Saturday, when highflying Cleethorpes visit the Mounting Systems Stadium, kick off is 3pm.
