Bridlington Town Rovers Ladies to Play at Mounting Systems Stadium

Bridlington Town Football Club has officially announced that the Bridlington Town Rovers Ladies team will be playing their home games at the Mounting Systems Stadium for the upcoming season.

This move marks a significant step for women's football in the region, reflecting the growing popularity and support for the game.

In a statement, the club expressed their excitement: "Bridlington Town are delighted to announce that we will have women's football at The Mounting Systems Stadium this season." The club emphasized the importance of this development, noting that "the women's game has grown massively recently," a trend that has been further fuelled by the success of the Lionesses in the UEFA Women's Euro Championship.

Team Manager Tim Crossland said,

“We at Bridlington Town Rovers Ladies are thrilled about the upcoming season and excited to announce our new partnership with Bridlington Town.

Now entering our fifth season together, the team has shown remarkable growth year after year. Many of our players were new to football in our first season, and we’re proud to have achieved our best-ever finish last year—a true reflection of our hard work and development.

As we continue to progress, our ambitions for the future remain high. This new partnership with Bridlington Town marks a significant milestone, and we believe it will be a key stepping stone in helping us reach our goals. With the backing of the club and access to a fantastic new home ground, the stage is set for an exciting chapter ahead.

We’re looking forward to what the future holds—and if you’re an experienced player looking to be part of something special, we’d love to welcome you to the team as we continue to grow the women’s game in our community”
